  • Client communications: Operational context you share (e.g., trade lanes, ports, supplier regions, shipment timing) so we can provide analysis.
  • Basic technical data: IP address, device and browser info, and approximate location derived from IP (typical server logs).

  • To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
  • To deliver briefings, alerts, and service communications.
  • To maintain and improve site performance, reliability, and security.
